Egypt + Nile River Cruise 10D7N

• Upon arrival at Cairo, meet by local representative and drive pass the 187m tall of Cairo Tower.  Transfer to enjoy the local lunch.  Later check in hotel for early rest.  Evening transfer to attend Sound & Light Show at Pyramids. (Optional)  After show transfer for dinner.  Overnight at Movenpick Cairo Media City Hotel or similar.

 After breakfast, transfer to visit one of the ancient Seven Wonders of the World, the Great Pyramids of Giza and the Sphinx, which cast its enigmatic gaze across the sands of the dessert.  End the wonderful day at Khan El Khalili Bazaar.  Overnight at Movenpick Cairo Media City Hotel or similar.

 Today transfer to airport for your domestic flight to Aswan.  Upon arrival, Aswan sightseeing tour includes the High Dam and unfinished Obelisque.  After lunch board the felucca ride around island.  Embark on board the luxurious Nile River Cruise with its full- facilities, you’ll enjoy the beautiful sight and the tranquility journey. Overnight on 5 star Cruise.

 Today is a life time to visit the Temple of Abu Simbel - it flanked by four gigantic statues of Ramses II (buy bus).  Return back to the cruise and continue our tranquil cruise along the Nile arriving at Kom-Ombo.  Visit the roofless Temple of Kom-Ombo, which was dedicated to the falcon and crocodile god.  Back to the cruise and relax on the desk for our boat as it glides by primitive villages on our cruise to Edfu.  Tea and coffee will served in the early evening.  Overnight on 5 star Cruise.

 Visit to the Temple of Edfu, the best preserved cult temple in Egypt which is an essential landmark for archaeological enthusiasts.  Experience a ride on horse carriage from the dock to the entrance of Edfu Temple.  Back to the Nile Cruise and continues sailing to Luxor via Esna Lock.  Overnight on 5 star Cruise.

 Disembark from Cruise. It’s time to head for the West Bank visit the world famous Valley of the Kings, sites of some 62 tombs. It was here where the tomb of Tutankhamen was found, among those of other notable Egyptian Pharaos.( Visit 3 tombs)  Continues visit Temple of Luxor, dedicated to Amon famous for its huge pylons built by Ramses II. It is also famous with its huge columns which the shape of Papyrus plant.  Visit Temple of Karnak ~ a holy city of pylon, hypostyle halls, colossal statues, shrines and obelisk.  Transfer to airport for flight back Cairo.  Overnight at Movenpick Cairo Media City Hotel or similar.

 After breakfast, proceed to Alexandria.  Upon arrival, visit to Montazah Gardens and view King Farouk’s Palace.  Visit Pompey’s Pillar an approximately 25m red granite column with a circumference of 9m was constructed in honor of the Emperor Diocletian.  The Catacomb ~ tombs that were tunneled into the bedrock in the age of the Antonine emperors (2 nd century A.D) for a single wealthy family still practicing the ancient religion (Kom El-Shoqafa), passing by Alexandrian landmark- Qaitbay’s Fort. Return to Cairo for overnight.  Overnight at Movenpick Cairo Media City Hotel or similar.

 After breakfast, free at own leisure till time transfer to airport for flight back to home.
