04
Processing period The processing period is approximately 3 months, subject to official review and document completeness.
05
Receive conditional approval Once approval is issued, the remaining fees and required arrangements can be completed.
06
Travel to Malaysia Complete the medical check-up, insurance arrangement, and fixed deposit setup.
07
Visa endorsement completion Attend the required final procedures for your MM2H visa endorsement.
Please Note
01
For property purchase, once you obtain your MM2H visa, the one-year period starts from the visa approval date, and the property must be purchased within that period.
02
If you purchased a property before applying for MM2H, and the property purchase is within 24 months, it can still be used to fulfill the MM2H property requirement. In this situation, Immigration will also allow you to withdraw 50% of the fixed deposit.
03
If the property was purchased before your MM2H application and it has already exceeded 24 months, it can still be used to fulfill the MM2H requirement. However, Immigration will not allow the withdrawal of 50% of the fixed deposit in this case.
04
Please note that the property linked to MM2H cannot be sold within 10 years. If you wish to upgrade during that period, the second property must be of a higher value than the first property. The proper procedure is to first purchase the second property, then provide us with the Sale and Purchase Agreement, and only after that will Immigration allow the first property to be sold.
